William & Carmen Sandoval, together with Bryan Osorio & Yamileth Castañeda Sandoval, are the proud new owners of Sando's Pizzeria, formerly known as Pizzeria Romana. After many years working under Chef Luciano and the Trattoria Romana family, they were given the incredible opportunity to carry forward a beloved local tradition.

With deep respect for the roots of Italian cuisine and the loyal community that has supported this restaurant for decades, the new owners have committed to preserving what guests have always loved — authentic recipes, quality ingredients, and warm hospitality — while also introducing fresh ideas, new menu additions, and a renewed passion for excellence.

Our Process

How we make the perfect pizza, every time

The Dough

We make our dough fresh daily using imported Italian 00 flour, water, salt, and yeast. Each batch is hand-kneaded and left to rise for 24-48 hours, developing the perfect texture and flavor.

The Sauce

Our tomato sauce is made from San Marzano tomatoes grown in the volcanic soil of Mount Vesuvius. We add only the finest extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, and a pinch of sea salt.

The Toppings

From fresh mozzarella di bufala to prosciutto di Parma, every topping is carefully selected for quality and authenticity. We source locally when possible and import directly from Italy when necessary.

The Oven

Our stone oven reaches high temperatures to create the perfect pizza. Each pizza cooks quickly, creating the perfect char on the crust while keeping the center soft and chewy.
